Third week of weight loosing adventure.
Achievements:
- Recording my meals
- Considering size of portions, and aiming to get less carbohydrates and more protein
- focus on loosing weight
- missed some days drinking beer

Did weigh in today, gained 500 grams.
89.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
