1200-1400 calories a day, no drinking on weekdays, 13k steps a day, and staying low carb. It's really working!

I've started riding my exercise bike every morning for 30 minutes, that gives me 4000 steps before 8 am, and then I make myself go for a 2 mile walk at lunch. Pacing in front of the microwave helps too. ;)
