Morning exercise
Bike: 14-15 mph, 7 resistance, 8 miles, 34 minutes
Yoga:

I took all last week off from working out. I did not plan to but things and myself kept getting in the way BUT I am back at it again today and plan to stay that way!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
