Nothing new to report. Still maintaining by having salads and lean cuisines during the week, staying at around 28-30 points per day and then eating whatever on weekends and holidays.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for sharing your method of maintaining - I think that sounds like a good way to go. How far into "whatever" do you go on the weekends - do you just not even think about it? Does it leave you hungry early in the week once you start watching points again?

I don't eat many deserts or much fast food on weekends. I tend to have fewer vegetables and more pizza or beer. For me, as long as I get right back on track Monday morning I have kept the weight off.
