Gotta keep pushing on!!
135.4 kg Lost so far: 44.3 kg.    Still to go: 44.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

Sometimes when we have a great workout, we reward ourselves too much. Other times a great workout creates inflamation which temporarily increases water weight. Either way, building muscle is an important path to being healthy long term. Keep at it, good job!!!

hey dude, looking at your log, it seems like you started at a high enough number that it was possible weigh in every day and see a loss almost daily... I think all you're seeing now is that start to taper off. So, not really a weight gain, and ironically it's a sign of progress. Don't get too hung up on the daily number, just have a way of comparing week to week (like average or taking the lowest)... you're doing awesome! 100 pounds down must feel pretty good...

I don't reward myself after workouts, my diet is pretty simple. High protein, carbs when required on workout days. I may yield to cravings, but only in moderation. And definitely no sweets.
