Now I am just mostly trying to eat anti-inflammatory and anti-angio. I am not counting anything, really, just trying to be aware of portion sizes.

I joined the nearby community center and am planning to work out more.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
