One door closes, another one opens. Hard to see the why of things now, heartbreaking as heck, but in time it may all become clear. I support you in this life change.

I too have learned we can't control other people. We don't really know how our partner will turn out. I was fooled and have paid a heavy price. I wish you the best. You have done great at your dieting and I encourage you on your path of health. It's the Lord that sustains me.

Nice that you are DETERMINED to continue to be sober for your kids. Sorry about the 12 year relationship ending. That’s a long time. Where God closes a door, a new window will open. Prayers!

This is a difficult time but you are being strong. Continue to focus on building your self confidence and work towards your personal goals. Remember you still are a Dad. That will never be taken away from you.

Linez look at all you have and not what has left. You’re right. Sobriety first as that gives your children the daddy they most certainly deserve. That gives you the ability to have a decent job with good pay and benefits and continuation of your health journey. I know your heart is broken but in time something happier and healthier will be headed your way. In the meantime focus on you and your health and your babies and your job. So glad you didnt let this get to you in a detrimental way. God bless you and i hope your future is so much happier than it is today. Stay strong!

Just keep going your kids need you. Try to do little things that bring you joy maybe a walk, a book, a movie take a little time everyday for yourself. You'll be ok just keep your head up. You have alot to offer your kids and this world. Things will get better. You seem like a nice and great man whose kids are lucky to have you in their lives.
