went for a long walk this morning, i feel fabulous! lol Because I live in AZ, and my mother lives in RI, I love that I can call her at the crack of dawn and shes up and happy to hear from me. (normally i am NEVER calling her at 5:30am. lol) So I walked quite a bit for 1 1/2 hours and talked to my mom the whole time...I think that will be my new morning regimen...go for a morning walk before kids are up and have some girl time with my mom...:D
103.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
