I've lost 5.6 pounds in 3 weeks, and most of that was in the first week. I feel like that is slow progress, and I'm getting frustrated. I have heard that eating too few calories can be counterproductive. I keep my daily calories under 1300...perhaps this is too low. I'm not really feeling hungry, but I'm concerned about my body thinking it's starving and actually storing fat. I'm pretty active, and also do a short workout and yoga most days. I'm not sure where to go from here.
