Although I have not eaten perfectly, I haven't over indulged. But for the last 18 days I have had the flu/cold. I still cannot stop coughing and wheezing, so I haven't been able to work out at all. I feel like a couch potato. But I know that if I start to work out when I cannot breath correctly that will only make things worse. Since the time has changed I am eager to get outside. Maybe I will start with small walks just to get out the house for a bit. Fingers crossed this goes away soon.
