Let's keep it up!!! Personal best last night, 265 pound deadlifts, 4 reps!!! Not bad for someone who had never touched a weight until January 1.
138.3 kg Lost so far: 41.4 kg.    Still to go: 47.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
