As part of taking accountability for my actions and my weight journey, I am posting today to confess to weak moments. 3 out of 7 days last week, I got off work at 3am and visited waffle house 😔, I ordered a all star breakfast and ate it all two out of three times then fell asleep. Sunday I went to golden corral and I knew better but the kids talked me into it and I at steak, 3 rolls with honey butter, a spinach salad with ham, pepperoni, eggs, cheese, cucumber, tomato, onion, and topped it with a half cup of Catalina dressing, and I had some macaroni and cheese, then followed it with ice cream topped with nuts, gummy bears, caramel, and hot fudge, half a slice of chocolate cake, half a slice of strawberry cheesecake, a chocolate covered marshmallows and 2 chocolate covered mini rice crispy squares... After doing all of this, I felt ashamed honestly. stepped on the scale and I had gained the very pound I just lost, back.. Then I ate late last night but didn't intend to but it was the only meal I had had since 11 am. and it was fajita nachos... I am somewhat back on track now though. I had watermelon this morning when I got off work with a glass of lightly sweetened tea but didn't drink all the tea. I will have the same tomorrow morning when I get off. Then I'm doing a detox Friday night since I don't have to work. 😔😔😔🥺🥺
