Bad week eating, no exercise due to extreme heat and injury. Need to stop making excuses!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

We've all been there! Cut yourself some slack. Set a small goal like getting in 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day or your 8 glasses of water. This way you won't blow the whole week and can feel a sense of accomplishment. The heat takes a lot out of you and adding an injury to boot doesn't help. Good luck!
