I went snowboarding in NZ last week. There was only one cafe on the mountain, and it took so long to get served that we ended up eating huge bars of chocolate for lunch instead of something healthy. I also had hotel buffet breakfast and restaurant dinner every day, so inevitably, I piled back on the few kilos that I had lost in preparation for my half marathonin a fortnight. I also managed to break myself on the last day, which put paid to my final proper week of training. Hopefully the knee will hold out for the event.

not too bad considering, you burnt off the calories with the activity. Some days I have chocolate, and list lost weight, while other days eat healthy and gained!
