Well I have not weighed in in almost a month. I have been eating poorly since I had to move from FL to VA and that drive means a lot of fast food - as well as being too exhausted to cook while packing and loading the truck. I am thankful that I did not gain more weight than I did. Time to get back on that horse again!!

108.2 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
