My own fault, more or less. xD

I admit, I'm making too many mistakes and it's got to change. People seem to wonder why I'm so strict on myself, well, THIS is why.

My pedometer tells me, on that long walk I did for the 3rd time now, I walked 15.8 miles the day before yesterday. Even more awesome, it tells me I burned a bit over 2.1k calories. (two point one thousand) An average speed of just under 2.7KMph. I usually go faster, but I was trying to conserve energy. 32,549 steps.

81.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
