alasan bnyk yg gagal menjalani diet ;
- lbh bnyk mengkonsumsi makanan ketimbang gerak
- olahraga ato kegiatan yg monoton
- sllu mengabaikan breakfast
-jarang minum air
-ga prnh konsisten ,3 hari diet selnjutna ngamuk makan
-makanan yg dipilih yg ga sehat

- life without healthy nothing -
48 kg Lost so far: 24.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
