I strayed away from my menu plan. I went to lunch with a colleague and had a huge chefs salad with avocado. That's not the horrible part. I covered it in bleu cheese dressing. LOL!

Those fruit snacks I've been telling everyone are the devil, they got me last night. 3 packs jumped right into my mouth.

I ended up having a fruit smoothie for dinner to try and compensate for the damage I had done earlier.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't compensate. Just get back to your plan. It is not about cheating and making amends. It is about sticking to a plan that will take you where you want to be.
