I haven't been loyally updating my fat secret for awhile now. I've actually gotten to where i know how many calories are in things off the top of my head so i just jot down my calorie count on paper that i keep in the kitchen! I do miss being around here on fatsecret though and its nice to have the journal to see what kinds of foods im eating so im going to try and pick this habit back up!
I finally hit 'One'derland last saturday for the first time in over 10 years. I'm now down 75 lbs since January 15th of this year. :)
