After a bad weekend, and an okay week, I'm still a little surprised to see my weight go up. Time to give up wine, and cut back on cheese.
103.2 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had to cut back my alcohol/wine too but never cheese. I have my limits and giving up cheese is just that.
