Not worried about the weight gain. I almost always see this after leg day.

Pushed really hard my last two arm workouts, and finally got some nice results. It's always fun to wake up one morning and look in the mirror and say "hey, my muscles are bigger"
142.2 kg Lost so far: 37.4 kg.    Still to go: 51.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Bigger muscles pay dividends during weight loss. As you know, sometimes the inflamation gives you short term weight gain. But, it is soooo worth it. Is your protein intake pretty high?
