I had a strong need to snack yesterday. Had a lot of peanuts late in the day. I probably should have cooked a hamburger instead.
64.2 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
