We’re back on the wagon - we ate carb-free yesterday.
I’ve added flash chilled iced coffee to our summer menu. I much prefer it to cold brew. “Flash iced” has a strong coffee flavor as its brewed with hot water, and also doesn’t have the cleanup and sludge-removing issues I found when making cold brew. I use a simple Melita pour-over filter cone for this. Google will provide recipes and methods, if you’re interested.
