Getting enough protein and not overloading on carbs is a challenge on my pescatarian journey. I have been doing ok with this, not too hungry but not a lot of breakfast options so far. Will stay the course during July, continue to experiment with different food items.
108.3 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
