Odd day yesterday - we hosted our grand-twins, nearly age 5.
Served ourselves some cold cuts without reading the labeling - 4 g carbs per serving, and the ingredients lists informed us that was sugar. I was still hungry after the unsatisfying meal, and so I ate several handfuls of peanuts - which can cause trouble in an ultra low carb diet.
