Still losing weight while supporting my husband who needs to lose a large amount of weight in a few months, to prepare for possible surgery. We both have 2 Optifast shakes a day, one for breakfast, one for lunch, and we have a low calorie dinner with lots of veggies. Our daughter in law cooked a lovely chicken, cashew and vegetable dish with a small amount of wholemeal rice last night. It was a restaurant quality dish too.
