Haven't recorded in a couple of days - ashamed f myself.
I can't get back into losing weight. I guess it's because it's getting close to the deadline I set for myself and still too far away to reach it, I think. 20 lbs in 40 days. That's about 1/2 lb a day - got to keep trying.
