Been sick for a couple of days, so have not really had the energy for as much exercise as i should have gotten. I'm not too disappointed though. I will get that progress back.
158.5 kg Lost so far: 32.0 kg.    Still to go: 85.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
