So hard to see the scales properly... too tall. >.< All I know is that it looks like half a quarter from 13 stone. (182lbs) So, I would guess I'm 179lbs, does that sound right?



How am I meant to resist temptation, here? I bought these for my dad as I was going to visit him - a lil treat - but it turns out they're not in, so I'm back home with these sat in-front of me! THE TORTURE. Each individual cookie is 75kcal and there's 18 cookies, so that's 1350kcal! Keep in mind I fasted yesterday, so the temptation is even greater. Haha. I'm so boned.



Finally, back in the healthy BMI range, according to NHS. It doesn't take into account what little muscle I have.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
