Back to the drawing board.
Iv put on a solid 3kg over the last 6 weeks of poor calorie control and consumption Going to adapt Aitch11 attitude as she is on the right track to achieve.
89 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
