Week 6 - Monday

Well, another week done and another pound lost. :D Just need to keep it up. Blah...but back to the grind bright and early this morning is not really my idea of fun.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
