No worries....working harder than ever, recovering quicker, feeling great. Squat is up to 265 now, the stubborn belly fat is starting to drop off, and my core is getting stronger.
143.3 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 52.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
