Horrendously failed my own challenge. ¬_¬ Been busy, to be fair.

Anyway, weighing in again because it's gone down to approximately 183lbs. Pretty pleased, but I'm at the same time annoyed because I don't want to bounce around weights, I want to keep losing it properly.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
