Remember to journal every day :) Damn amitriptyline hunger is very real. Some days more than the others. Just carry on; you don’t need to think about how long the hunger will last, just if it’s a discomfort that’s high enough NOW; after all now is all that’s is. And outside of the perspective of perpetuity its relevance is greatly diminished.
My spouse will come and stay 4 days this week. I need to be strategic with my meals: when eating out remember American portions are out of touch with reality. A simple appetizer is likely more than sufficient. Avoid alcohol. It’s empty calories. Opt for tasty and healthy rather than tasty and unhealthy
