joined premium membership to try out their diets. Really enjoying the Mediterranean one as have been told that I must lower my blood sugar and cholesterol levels. This diet is quite helpful in steering me away from high refined sugars and at I think I'm not craving the usual sugary carb snacks Though I know that I can get bored of doing things the same way for too long. Hoping I can stick to this for a good while.
