I used to just weigh myself on Monday, but maybe I should stick to weighing myself the day after a good bm. lol
99.6 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just weigh before and after. 🤣 I lost 2.5lbs doing that. 😆
