I figured out the problem, the medicine that I took for 4 days collect the water inside my body and give me that deceiving measures. Now I've stopped it and flushed out the water, get back on track :)

Water is important. Be careful of focusing on daily weight, very misleading as water and food can seemingly negate exercise on a day-to-day basis. A weekly weight is best. Good luck Hany and best to ya!

Actually I'm trying to weigh in after wake up and go to the WC, which called dry weight, I'm not counting the daily up and down kilos but it's just a way of daily alarm :)
