Down another half-pound. I did 43 minutes in the gym yesterday. That was after over an hour on Thursday, so I'm feeling very positive. I still have quite a bit to go. People tell me I'm looking good -- and compared to how I looked a year ago, that's true -- but I still have a lot of flab and I'm not completely happy with how I look yet. Still, I'm moving a lot more easily. I walked a mile and a half yesterday in the heat, not the best of ideas, but I didn't do it all at one time. I also had a nice Panama hat on.
