It has been raining here a lot-- my running trail got washed out. But I want to run 12 miles before I do the half marathon next weekend. I've run 10 on several occasions-- so I'll probably be all right. I did well in my last 10k...meaning I did NOT in last place...and was also able to finish strong.

I've lost a total of 43 pounds since I started running in March. Weight Watchers helped me to get over a plateau...and I still have a long way to go. But the journey is really wonderful.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
