Somebody Else's Journal, 20 Feb 15

Finally! Progress at last. Tomorrow I'm off to start a pretty rough journey: 15 miles, 5 and a half hours treck to my bud's house. Will stay the night, then do the same again (the way back) the next day! Gonna be awesome.
83.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
