Last week I was 3.5 lbs away from my goal. I have cut out sweets and alcohol for the month of June, assuming that would be enough to get me there, no problem. I’ve been averaging a deficit of 700+calories a day, so mathematically I should have a loss for the week. This morning I stepped on the scale to find that I’ve gained 1.5 lbs! I know bodies fluctuate, but there’s no physical reason for it, not that point in my cycle or anything. Super disheartening.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
