New to this App. Love it so far. Started my Health journey Monday 12th of June at 89.4Kg’s. Happy to have lost 1.4kg’s so far. Aiming for 75kg’s. Very motivated this time round!
88 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
