Well this week I am down on my plateau. Hoping to keep it in that direction. I have been sick so took a three day break on the exercise and am slowing going back in. I am hoping that lent will help me keep my eating under control as I try to not over indulge during lent. I am also giving up mountain dew, so hoping that will lose some pounds and kick my habit. I know I will never give it up, but maybe I can get down to once a week or so. Been getting more sleep due to being sick, so that is good. It is certainly a journey!
