Went to the Doc today for a long put off gyn exam. Can now report that I weigh 215.25 (yay!) and that lots of blood has been taken, I peed in a cup and all that other fun stuff that happens when you go for a gyn.

Anyway, I'm still heading in the right direction on the scale! 215.25! YAY!
97.6 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
