My weight has been well below the 146-ish pounds I had been hovering at, until Covid hit me. For the last few days, I’ve been eating 1.5 to 2 burgers daily, 1/3 lb. each. Totally Keto, no buns or any other carbs. So I’ve slowly been going back some weight. Wife says I look too thin! And of course she’s always right! 😁
5:30 am: 97.1° 8:15 am: 94.9° I think I’m DONE with that low-grade fever! 2 pm: 98.1° 6:30 pm: 97.5° 11:20 pm: 95.5°
