I did get to the gym Tuesday, and I've been eating fairly well. I also worked a long time last night in the hot house, so I'm a little worried that this weight is more water loss than anything else - still, I'll take it - back at my low - come on, let's see 229 or lower!
104.1 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.6 kg a Week

Good job on the eating and exercise! It's so hard to state motivated when it's so freaking hot....especially with the exercise! =) You will be below 229 in know time!! =)

I doubt it's 2.5 lbs of water! You've definitely lost some and that's fantastic!
