I'm going to weigh myself every morning and log it in. it will be the only way I can keep track of it. Gave in and had dessert last night, and probably will tonight too. Big juicy steak planned for tomorrow.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
