Well another week and still no weight loss. Sticking to the under 1500 calories/day and tracking my fat, carbs and protein. Guess I am going to try knocking it back to under 1200 cal./day and exercising a little more. I feel like I have lost weight but it certainly is not showing up on the scale.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
