today is my one week official weigh in at 186 and since the 13th I have lost 4lbs in one week :) went up a 1lb since yesterday but I'm sure it's just water since it's just a lb, not gonna stress it just keep going!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
