Yesterday was Day 2 of the 17 day diet. Followed 100%. Scottish Country danced for about an hour and 45 minutes, plus walked the dogs. On to day 3. Today I'm having to change some things up because I didn't have time to make the soup or get kefir, so I'm doing a previous menu.
